The restaurant serves excellent cuisine by Chef Anne made with fresh fruits and vegetables delivered daily to Miller's Landing directly from the farm.  A full service restaurant serving all day long will treat you like you are family.  Breakfast with a smile even for those fishermen leaving before the sun rises.  The dinner varies from fresh seafood & Italian specialties to local cuisine.  Vegetarian is also available.  Lobster and conch are served throughout their seasons; Miller's Landing respects Belize's environmental laws restricting the serving of lobster and conch while not in season.
